Razer ornata chroma
Hola tengo un razer ornata que cada cierto tiempo deja de funcionar, no escribe ni enciende el rgb y no lo reconoce razer synapse. Al conectar en una nueva pc funciono correctamente y despues de unos dias dejo de funcionar. Conecte a otra pc diferente, prendió y al volver a conectar en la computadora de antes lo pude seguir usando
Que puede ser lo que está fallando ? Es algún problema de software ?
Hello I have a razer ornata that every so often stops working, does not write or turn on the rgb and razer synapse does not recognize it. On that other PC, did you notice anything before the issue also starts to occur on it? For now, clean reinstall your Synapse by following this guide. Please send me the serial number of your keyboard if the problem remains apparent so I can look for other solutions.
