Missing TapJoy Reward

Hello, I didn't know quite where to go as my support request was closed on the Cortex app. So I recently completed the task Reach Level 20 on Family Island, which took me ages to do. A day passes, and still no reward. So I open a support request, who then told me they cannot offer me my reward as the "app install was not attributed to Tapjoy", and closed the case. I don't understand how this is possible as I followed the link the took me to when I clicked on Earn, which took me to the Play Store which is how I installed the game. Does anyone know where I can go to try to get my points? My case ID is 26380812 Thanks in advance.
