Certain Keys on my Blackwidow X Chroma not working

I was in a middle of a game when suddenly my W and S key stopped working, after I then checked all the keys and found that the F1, 2, W, S, Z, and left ALT won't register, they light up like normal, but won't work. I tried to reset everything in synapse, and even hard reset it by pressing ESC + Caps + Space Bar and re-plugging into my pc but that didn't do anything.

    Thank you for posting your concern here. It's highly likely a hardware issue. Try to follow the steps in this guide to fix this. Should the problem persists, please PM me your keyboard's serial number and proof of purchase so I can validate the warranty status and look into RMA options.
