Razer Kraken Tournament Edition Bad Sound + No Bass

Hello, I got today my new Razer Kraken Tournament Edition. I installed the headset and the sound of the THX driver, sounds muffeld. I reïnstalled the drivers but now i have lost the THX driver. When I got the driver back, it doesn't make a sound. When I use Razer Audio Controller - Game. The sound feels like it is muffeld. I restarted my pc and removed the firmware and installed it again. I lost again the THX driver. Another problem: The small THX Spatial has a bass volume with a + and - slider. But when I change this, the bass doesn't change. I have a Windows 10 PC. Someone has a solution for this?

Hi @vineDandelionpoly303, From the looks of things, the issue is highly likely caused by a third party factor causing the THX module to fail. The functionality of the audio controller could also be affected by this, particularly the bass adjustment. Please send me your system and application logs from Windows Event Viewer and your Synapse logs. You can use our log collector to gather the necessary Synapse 3 files.

Hello, have you tried to adjust an equalizer for the headset? Edit: If you didn't - try this setup. It helped me to remove muffled sound=)
