Sound fading out and Sourround sound isnt working

recently my Razer Nari Ultimate went from sourround sound to stereo and i cant change it back, not only that but also my sound slowly fades out if it is to quiet. Tried basically everything from deleting razer synapse 3.0 to reinstalling devices etc.. Also if i select the THX Spatial Audio on dont receive any sound.
