Kraken Mute Switch Doesn't Mute on MS Teams

I use my Razer goodies for work (not gaming, sadly) and we're all about using MS Teams for online meetings these days. My Kraken's mute switch doesn't seem to mute me anymore. It used to, but now it doesn't. I'm on Windows 10 and there is no Razer or Kraken option for the audio speakers/headset and/or microphone. Could this be the problem? Thanks, y'all!

    Maybe try muting them on Synapse 3? Not sure if you can do this but you can check
