Kraken and Abyssus Essentials... on Mac

Hi everybody, I'm waiting for my new computer, so I have to play on a Macintosh for a few weeks. But i've got two problems : Razer Synapse do not detect my Abyssus essential, so I can't configure my chroma and boutons. The software is up to date and the product registered. Then my Kraken is sometimes not detected by the computer, or sometimes its the microphone, or sometimes it's both. When I restart the Mac it works again most of the time, but I'm really tired of this bug. Furthermore, the League of Legends vocal tchat has rejected completely the microphone, but not the headphones... I'm lost ! I hope someone can help me ! Friendly yours, Tiltanem

According to this list, it doesn't look like the Abyssus Essential is supported on Synapse for Mac, so there's that. Which Kraken do you have?

Oh thanks you very much ! I'm sorry, i didn't knew that some devices aren't supported on Synapse for Mac. It's a Kraken 7.1 V2.

Sorry, I don't have much experience with the USB headphones, but since yours are supposed to be supported on Synapse for Mac, I'm going to move this to the Support section for you.
