Razer Oval V2 7.1 not working in synapse 2

I am using the Razer Oval V2 for quite some time now and all of the sudden my razer synapse doenst recognize my headset anymore i have already done a clean install of razer synapse and did delete my headset and the drivers but nothing work including switching from usb ports. Can anyone help me with making the software and headset act back to normal?
