RF2 Notifications Not Showing up

ESPN, Discord, Smartthings, Youtube, etc all show under my notification log yet NONE of them have showed up on my lock screen or drop down screen. The phone vibrates but no notifications show up anywhere but the log. Text messages do appear to be working properly. I have all notifications on for each of these apps and do not disturb is turned off. Coming from a Note 8 with no issues and have a tech background but cannot figure this out and it is driving me insane.

    Snapchat and Text Messenger are the apps i can confirm working properly. So 1 3rd party app and one built in app. I have tested with Facebook Messenger and the phone vibrates but never shows the notification. I go check the log and it is there showing as already read. Im tempted to factory reset phone but i spent 3 plus hours getting my 100 plus apps widgets settings configured to my liking.

    I uninstalled Clean Master turned on chroma notifications and rebooted the phone for at least the 10th time and now the notifications log is matching the notification pull down and app badges are working. Not sure of which worked but just wanted to update you.
