Razer SEIRĒN X has very very low volume

I have to even put my mouth on the microphone literally then it can record. Still the volume is very low, have to speak very loud so my friend in game ca hear. Does the microphone has special drive to install or setting to adjust?

    Hi @genisisova. The Seiren X is supposed to be a plug and play so there isn't a special driver or software you need to get it going. Do check the gain knob on the mic, gain levels in your computer's mic settings and the mic volume levels in your game's settings.
