Battery starts discharging while I am charge the phone

I have had my phone for nearly a year, but for about a month now I have had problem while charging. It doesn't happen every time but it happens a lot. When I plug the charger in it starts charging but then stops and then starts again. This continues until the battery reaches 0 % and turns itself off. Serveral times no I have woken up to find my phone switched off and my alarm has not gone off. Can anyone help me solve this issue ?

Hello there! Have you tried using another cable to charge your Razer Phone? If you haven't please do and let me know how it goes.

I have tried different cables and chargers and a power pack. It does not happen all the time and I think it happens more often when the phone is around the 15% mark, and the phone warns you the battery is low. I have contacted razer support and they have asked me to try a few things, which I am currently doing.
