Razer Kraken 2019 seriel number problem

So i get my new razer kraken, but the seriel number is doesnt work on the box, and i cant activate the 7.1 or anything else because it. some support man can help me? i know the RZ code

Hey man i found the code but i have another problem i dont know what sofware i need to download the 7.1 doesnt work bcz i use 32 bit windows and to the razer audiostuff i dont get any code or pass

Send me a PM with the serial number of your headset so I can verify the model. You can also check these pages for Synapse 2.0 and Synapse 3.0 supported devices.
