brand new blade 15 and freezing touchpad (please help)

so, I just got my blade 15 and its great, minus one issue. every so often the trackpad will completely freeze up, usually after I let it sit for a few minutes, and I have to do a hard reset to bring it back to normal. I have checked the drivers, and they are up to date, so I have no idea what it could be. please, anybody, can you help?

Hi there! When did the issue start? Was it right out of the box? Have you tried to reinstall the touchpad drivers? If you haven't, please try to do so. Let me know how it goes.

I've had the computer for about a week now, and I just started noticing it a day ago when I posted on here.. I updated all drivers from intel, so hopefully that fixes it. Thanks for the response, ill let you know what happens

so, after leaving the screen idle for about 10-15 min, the whole thing just freezes....I was watching Netflix, and paused the movie by pressing the space bar, and when I came back, I pressed the space bar again, and the audio of the show played, but the screen was stuck on the same screen, and the mouse wouldn't work either....I'm starting to worry about this issue.. the only way to fix it is to do a hard reset.
