Mamba Wireless freezing on Base Station Chroma

Hello there. I have the Razer Base Station Chroma, the one with 3 additional USB ports. When I plug in the Mamba Wireless dongle in any of its ports, the mouse starts freezing and going slow. Is this a Synapse 3 software problem or a hardware one? Thank you.

BTW, the Base Station kind of restarts itself from time to time.

I get something similar. My mouse is fine for around 10 minutes, then starts to stutter and affect any program I am in - every time I move the mouse it stutters the screen and sound. If I plug in rather than being wireless it solves the problem for around another 10 minutes, then it happens again. If I go back to wireless it is ok for around 10 minutes and it happens all over again! I have tried multiple USB ports, but no different. I have all the latest drivers. Not good for a brand new mouse costing so much!
