Is this website a joke?

Come on Razer I've refunded 2 of your trash headphones and I'm about to nuke this one too. Man'o War burned up after 2 weeks. Razer Nari, hardware mic issue. Now these Razer Nari I've decided to give a second chance? Microphone has quit after attempting to use 3.5 mm jack instead of wireless mode. Picks up the hardware on the recording devices but no audio input is being accounted for. Switching back to wireless mode and it's the same thing. Now the microphone doesn't work at all and Razer Synapse isn't picking up the head set. (Razer Synapse is a CPU hoarding piece of trash too, nothing but problems for silly additives that aren't necessary.) If I can't manage to get these working with support from one of you, which is also a journey just to get that privilege, I'll be done with Razer for good. And spread the bad word accordingly.
