Razer Kraken Pro V2 Audio not working....

So my Razer Kraken Pro V2 has been not playing any audio lately. Currently, I have found nothing out about why, but the computer does detect the headset is plugged in. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried plugging it to another computer to isolate the issue? How about on another device?
