Hi, I have problem with my Razer Kraken TE. Volume is really low on audio jack and USB(THX) any other headphones work propely. I reinstalled synapse 3.0, unplug an plug headphones, THX controller and nothing changed.

    Is the headset connected directly to your motherboard? Also, do you get the same results when on a smartphone?
