Not being able to configure Text Function the whay I want on Synapse

So, basically I want my Right Shift key to input the character "/" when I press it and to input the character "?" when I press it while holding Left Shift, but apparently there is no way to configure an alternative character while holding Left Shift on the Text Function tab, is there another way for me to do that? I hope this didn't get confusing. Btw I have a Blackwidow X Chroma
