Pink Screen with Ripsaw HD

After installing and trouble shooting through multiple videos and other threads. I finally realized that this has to be a software issue at this point. When I unplug everything and start fresh. I plugged only HDMI IN and USB C. And on OBS my screen was normal. I have an XBOX One. As soon as i plug the HDMI OUT the screen ONLY on OBS turns pink/purple tinted. I'm assuming at this point its a software issue and not a device issue.
