I bought a Blackwidow TE Chroma V2. And when it get's plugged in it shows as a unknown USB device.

I bought a Blackwidow TE Chroma V2. And when it get's plugged in it shows as a unknown USB device. Here's what the error looks like, please help, I really want to use this ASAP.. https://i.imgur.com/cKui1e7.png What I've tried : Reinstalling Synapse 3, and I've tried Synapse 2. In the device manager i've deleted it from there and tried to let if fresh install. Updated All driver's. What I can't do to try fix it. : Try on another computer. (I only got mine.) Try it on a VM, (I ain't got one.)
