Remap standard buttons Razer Wolverine Ultimate

I'm using the Razer Wolverine Ultimate (RWU) on Xbox One.

Synapse lets me map the standard buttons to the multi-function buttons on the RWU. Xbox one lets me switch the standard buttons on my official Xbox One controllers. RWU isn't recognized by Xbox Accessories, I can switch the standard buttons but it doesn't work.

I'm not sure if I'm missing something here. Is there a way to remap the standard buttons? Or is the potential of the RWU locked behind the difference of programs, Synapse and Xbox Accessories?

Any information is appreciated. Not used to the site, so sorry if this has been answered before.

Hello there! Have you tried using Synapse for Xbox app on your console? If not yet, please do. You should be able to remap buttons using the app. Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for the reply. I do have Synapse on my console. But when editing the controllers I can only map the standard buttons to the multi-function buttons. A button to M1 or Left analog click to M3.

Xbox Accessories offers the ability to remap standard buttons. A to D-pad and such.

But that program doesn’t work with the Razer controller. It will allow for the change but it doesn’t seem to take effect.

I was wondering if there was a way to circumfent this?

I can provide images later for clarification, if necessary.

Thanks for the reply. Just to clarify, did you mean that you want to remap the standard buttons themselves (like A to 😎? You can only remap the Multi-Function buttons and triggers of the Razer Wolverine Ultimate. Let me know if you have any questions.

Yes that is my intent. I was wondering if there were any workarounds as remapping standard buttons is a feature Xbox allows on their official controllers through Xbox Accessories. The Razer Wolverine Ultimate isn’t recognized by that program. Is this something that just isn’t possible due to some kind of limitation, licensing or otherwise?

Thanks for the reply. The Razer Wolverine Ultimate can be remapped using Synapse for Xbox App or the Quick Control Panel. The Xbox Accessories app only supports its official controllers.
