[BUG] Surface calibration problem with RAZER SYNAPSE 2.0

Hello, I'm having a problem with the razer synapse software, I guess it comes from my windows installation, but I don't know if it would fix the problem anyway so I'm posting there to know what happens. The problem is that I just can't calibrate the mouse like it worked before,and it shows me that now: There is no icons showing me "how to calibrate" appearing, and when I click on the left button, the sensor seems to calibrate and focus on it but I can't anymore save, the mouse won't move anymore after. So I have to replug it again to make it work, or reboot the computer. Any idea from where it could come? (I've reinstalled cleanly the software multiples times, I don't know really what I should do) Thanking you for your replies in advance! EDIT: I have a razer deathadder chroma.
