Razer Basilisk Ultimate - Serial Number and Product Numbers do not match for registration

Hi, I've bought a Razer Basilisk Ultimate with the charging dock last month and tried to register it now. Unfortunately when I put the serial and product numbers (mouse or dock) the system tells me they don't match. The numbers on the devices, are the same as those on the box and I bought it from Amazon, So I'm pretty confident there's nothing dodgy going on. The website does say the product number should start with RZ, but they start with an RC Any help would be great at this point, as it's pretty frustrating.

It should be at the bottom of the box, on the green part outside. It will say "P/N: RZ-......" I had the same confusion when I registered my BU mouse. The numbers on the dock and mouse are not the ones the website is asking for.

Both starts with RC not RZ.. I don't know what to do..

Look on the box, not on the mouse or the dock. You can't miss it.

autoTopazsigns128 is right. I faced the same problem and I didn't find the RZ code anywhere but in the bottom of the box.
