Blackwidow V3 Pro Lighting Issue

Currently experiencing an issue with my new keyboard where the "Next" button has 2 LEDs under it (one under left side and one on right side) the LED works on startup, but then once synapse starts, the light is permanently shut off. Any ideas how to fix?

I highly recommend that you perform a clean installation of the app by following this guide. Send me the serial number of the keyboard if the problem persists. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
