freezing and crashing

i have the razer blade 15 (2020) rtx 2070 oled and it keeps crashing/freezing! i cant open task manager or use the windows button it just wont do anything not even the mouse curser will move, does anyone know how to fix this im tired of having to force shut down my pc every 1.5 hrs. all my drivers are up to date and so is windows

    If you can get to Windows Event Viewer, please export the System and Application logs. I can use those to look into what's happening in the background. I'd appreciate it if you can send me the serial number of the laptop as well, along with a screenshot of your task manager idle and under load if possible. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
