Razer Black Widow Ultimate V3 Pro and Razer Basilisk Ultimate Hyperspeed

Hello, I have bought the Razer Black Widow V3 Pro wireless keyboard and the Razer Basilisk Ultimate wireless gaming mouse. Why can I not use both at the same time with the Hyperspeed dongle from the Razer Black Widow V3 Pro keyboard? According to the Razer Website the Razer Basilisk Ultimate wireless gaming mouse has the hyperspeed technology.

    At the moment only this devices are supported by Hyperspeed Wireless Multi-device: Razer Naga Pro Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro For BW V3 Pro you can update your FW so you can enable Multi-device function: https://rzr.to/NEvgz (v2.01.00_r1) More devices will be added soon.

    Thanks for the information. Do you know when razer will update the Basilisk Ultimate with the multi-device support? Now I am thinking of shipping it back. Is the Razer Naga Pro for palm grip gamer?
