Firehose Notsies

Why would a manufacturer withhold a firehose file from its factory images. I have personally looked through neay one thousand of these files offered by nearly every other manufacturer in circulation. People make mistakes and brick a phone from time to time. Razer is literally the only company that keeps this file locked away. And even after requesting it and even offering to pay for it, I'm still shunned. I am a gamer...been playing fps since goldeneye. Loved the rp2. Just don't get it.
