Razer Barracuda X doesn't connect wirelessly via Type C Dongle
Newly bought Barracuda X from Currys PC World received today. Got home and charged it up.
I have now tried to connect the headset to my Windows 10 PC via the type c dongle. I have tried the type C port and both USB2 and USB3 ports. Nothing at all happens on the PC when using the type c port or USB2 ports. When using USB3 ports, the noise for a new USB device plays but a message saying the device is not recognised is given.
Anyone know any fixes? If not, is the audio supposedly just as good if I use 3.5mm jack instead?
