corma97Hi @corma97, You can try this method if it works for you. Go to My Library > Click on the refresh button > Make sure Raid Shadow Legends appear as shown in below.

I have the same problem with Master Duel. I have already lost two days, no points for the game. Logging off, reinstalling Cortex does not help. Game Manager Service 3 restart does not work

Michelle-RazerCortexI'm sorry I didn't reply, but I was busy. Everything started working properly from Monday, points for playing were added normally. I only lost points from Friday, Saturday and Sunday - the double ones. I sent Razer Cortex logs via PM.

I'm having these same issues. Few days ago I could play Raid and got the playtime from it and the silvers, but now it doesn't count to my clan play time anymore. I have done everything I could think of. The game opens but gives me error message everytime... But when I launch it trough Plarium, no issues. So only when launching trough Cortex. I at first didnt notice it wasnt counting it anymore to for my clanplay and now my hours are gone...

I did at one point do that update thing and saw the same thing you said and did the fix for it. It didn't fix it that time either, so its fair to say that wasn't even the problem for me. I said wrong, my issue isn't that I don't get silver, its the one that it doesn't count to my clan play hours. I had played long and noticed that it wasn't counted. When I noticed that I tried to go to play it again to see if it would work, but then it started with all of issues. Like I go and launch it from the Cortex it opens the game but gives me error message that has three options. None of them work when clicked. I've tried to do all the things that Plarium play also suggest if the game isn't working. BUT when I launch it from the Plarium app it works fine. So somewhere there is the issue between razer cortex and the Plarium synch. How do I send this PM? and where do I find razer cortex logs?

Additional information that I tried myself on my machine...
I believe if you launched the game via Razer Cortex instead of Plarium Play it will shows you this page.
As a workaround for this issues, you can keep running it like this and the play hours will be counted towards your daily gameplay time.
This is because the Raid.exe requires some kind of login files provided by Plarium client itself.

IlessuumI reinstall the game into C drive. It starts earning the silver. Seem like Cortex having issues on when we install the game into other drive.

Hi @Michelle-RazerCortex - I'll just wrote here, instead of creating another topic.
Todays P2P game - Torchlight Infinite.
I have steam version installed, which is not recognised.
I assume, that it's only supported via their own installer (not the steam version)... But my main question is - is it possible to add small icons on the game banner, so users will know if the P2P featured game is Steam version, or Microsoft Store, Epic etc... Because not it's really confusing, users are installing the game from "unsupported" platforms, then complaining that's it's not working properly.

The same problem occurs with Master Duel. The game has already lost me two days, and I have no points. Reinstalling Cortex and logging off do not help. There is a problem restarting Game Manager Service 3.

Today i have the same problem.
I play the same game every day and everything worked, but today I didn't get anything done.
Interestingly - I have completed the task for Play to Earn so it seems to be selective.

Michelle-RazerCortexHi. I playing Raid and sometimes Torchlight. Yesterday I played a few titles even to check if it will count. At the end of the game I was showing the Cortex chart, but it did not add time to Squad Rewards, but it did to Play to Earn. I send you logs (I don't know if I collected them well).
