Razer Nari Ultimate Not Working


My Razer Nari Ultimate headphones are not working. I hav me tried everything a quick google search could tell me. After playing a game for about 2-3 hours my headphones died, so I played them up let them stay off, and went back to my game. After some time passing maybe a hour or so I go to turn my headphones back on only to notice that the blue light is flashing and they are not STAYING connected to my computer. I tried the repairing software / pairing software online but nothing is making it fix. I deleted Razer Synapse also to see if that’s helped, and reinstalled it. Nothing is helping. At this point I am unite frustrated as they are in great shape.

Update, I re did all the steps. The provided softwares recovered my dongle, and repaired the headset and dongle connection. Had me working perfectly fine for about 4seconds of watching a YT video only for it to create the same issu…

Same issue, And I am using the headset on linux, so can't pair/unpair the utility is windows only. Don't have windows host to use the fix the issue. 1. Razer Synapse: Always black screen 2. Razer Nari Ultimate: Keeps Disconnecting 3. Razer tararus PRo: No onboard mempory so can't configure on linux. 4. Razer NAga Pro: Batter drains really fast I think the only product working properly is Razer blackwidow pro. All products bought together within last 3 months. And i thought logitech keyboard/mouse were bad, atleast they work.

I've got the same problem too, it's constantly disconnecting and switching to THX Spatial - Synapse.

Same problem, i have the headphones for a year and since yesterday the dongle keeps reconnecting and i cannot use them. I tried repairing and reinstalling software and nothing . The worst part is that they dont work on usb cable without the dongle and the quality on 3.5mm jack is bs without software :) I have a pair of hyperx cloud core for 7 years and they work perfectly and this mf razer dies after 1 year. Never gonna buy anything from razer again :)

I've got the same problem too, it's constantly disconnecting and switching to THX Spatial - Synapse.
Now my headset won't even connect to my pc and I can't try to pair it with the USB. Using the jack doesn't work either.

Their hardware isnt tested properly the software is broken as well, and i am out of return timer so can't even return the items. Guess I am stuck with broken hardware for a while.

same issue here.

Same issue here, keeps connecting and disconnecting over and over again. Hopefully Razer support sees this and fixes the issue.
