Hello everyone, I have a new Razer Blade 17 2022 and I have noticed that the RGB lights (keyboard and logo at the back) turn off after 7 seconds when the keyboard is on idle. It works well when I use the keyboard but as soon as I don’t touch it for a few seconds (and only use the touchpad for instance), the lights turn off and remain off until I use the keyboard again.There is no difference when the laptop is plugged in or running on battery. It happens only when Synapse is turned off. With Synapse being open, everything works well. I have tried a lot of things including contacting Razer Support. After a few weeks looking into this, they told me this is laptop’s natural behaviour. That means I need to have Synapse active if I want RGB to work all the time. I can’t do this because I have another issue with mz external keyboard and mouse when running Synapse and I generally don’t want to have Synapse running all the time anyway. Do you guys know if that indeed is a natural behaviour?Anyone having an idea what could help? Many thanks in advance!Vlado
