Cyanosa Chroma Keyboard Problem


Hello all, I have had the Cyanosa Chroma keyboard for a while now. I have enjoyed it, but now when I boot up overwatch it will not switch to the colors for any of the characters. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, and it still won't work. I enjoy this keyboard and its awesome that I can use any color and design to make it my own. I just want this to work with most of my games, yet it has decided not to work. Thank you to who ever wants to help me. Signed, Jshkohler

Hi @jshkohler, how long has this been going and has there been a recent update on your PC or on OW? *I have a 7GB update to download on OW so I kind of lost track already.

I just downloaded the new patch 1.32.0.1. This has been going on for 2 months now and its not been working since then. There has been a update on my computer, every once in a while it has been updating. I don't know about any 7GB update but I might have just downloaded it. Otherwise, I have no clue why this has been giving me a problem.

I have the same problem but it only started yesterday when I installed my first update. I am new with Razor and have no idea how to fix this issue. Synapse will not open for me and my keyboard has reset itself to original colour change pattern. Googling the issue suggested clicking uninstall, then installing the repair patch from the prompt. Installing the repair patch has not helped.

Mine fixed itself after a restart. It is now back to normal

His is fixed but mine still isn't. I don't know what the problem is.
