Razer Mouse Dock Chroma Not Detecting on Synapse 3.0

Hello, I was wondering are y'all mouse dock chroma can be detected in razer synapse? I just bought mine today to replace my old mouse dock chroma but it doesn't seem to be detected. I switched to a different laptop still the same issue and I also tried my old mouse dock still haven't been detected by synapse

    Yup same here, I have the same situation as you. Bought a new one to replace my old one but can’t seem to find it being detected on synapse. I also did tried different laptop and tried to connect the old one, nothing is working atm.

    Same for me as well. I bought the Razer Viper Ultimate and tried to set it up on the Synapse 3 but only the mouse was detected and not the charging dock.
