I got the orochi v2 mouse but I have a problem with connecting it with synapse 3 I watched every guide to pair a razer mouse to synapse 3 but it is not recognized (I am using windows 11) Please help Thank you

Hey,
Try the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool. You can also reinstall its drivers. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
