Nope, you’re wrong.
For Barracura X it’s not free. You’ll get free 7.1 Surround with the headset, not THX Spatial. But probably you’ll get an 50% discount upgrading from 7.1 Surround to THX Spatial.

Once registered, the activation code will be sent via email for the 7.1 Surround Sound feature for free. The THX Spatial Audio, however, can be purchased for upgrade with a 50% off. Feel free to reach out via PM if you need further assistance.
