    No, it happened to me yesterday when I had to install Synapse 3 because Synapse 2 didn't recognize my Death Adder Elite anymore... First installation and I could calibrate the surface, but as soon as I restarted my computer, gone... I tried of course to clean uninstall Synapse, reinstall etc, but it won't come back!
