kraken x usb left headphone makes feedback-like sounds

i got my razer kraken x headset today and if the microphone is used, the left headphone is creating a feedback/buzz sound. if the microphone is not in use the headset works just fine. im on discord while im playing games so i need to fix this.i tried reinstalling, disabling all enhance effects from windows but i feel stuck and dont know what to do. any kind of help is very welcome :slightly_sad:

i tried with a friends computer and yes it does produce the exact same sound on the left headphone

Thanks for confirming. The headset has a possible hardware issue. If you've purchased it from the RazerStore or an authorized reseller, please submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM so I can help you request a warranty claim. Otherwise, contact the place where you purchased the device and ask for a replacement, especially if Razer is not directly shipping in our country. I'll be locking this thread now.
