How to stop headset from turning off automatically after some time?

Barracuda X turns off automatically after some time, how to stop this? It doesn't seem to be a signal loss issue, happens when wireless and there is no sound playing for some time like 15-30 minutes. I tested by playing constant audio and it doesn't turn off automatically. I want to prevent it from turning off automatically so I can hear chat notification sounds for work even if there's no audio playing for hours on end. I don't care about the battery life.
