Every time I try to log in to razer synapse, it sends me back.

Hello. I have been using razer synapse for a while. Recently, whenever I go to log in, it starts loading like usual. However, after about a minute, it just sends me back to the log in screen, and has constantly been doing that. I tried resetting my password, and the new password won't work either. I have a razer mouse, and I use very low dpi, but the lowest without synapse is too high, and I can't play at all. None of the other ones (cortex or softminer) work either.
