Razer naga epic chroma

I currently have 2 mice installed on my computer, razer naga 2014 and razer naga epic chroma. I don't know why my Epic Chroma, sometimes, it just moves sideways, I can't move up and down, just sideways, and to fix it I need to take it out and put the cable in so that it may be normal. But when this problem occurs, either on the cable or wireless, the problem comes back every 5 minutes. I don't know if anything about the mouse drivers causing conflict. but I already uninstalled all drivers and programs and installed Epic chroma again and the problem continues.
