Razer Hammerhead True Wireless sound stutters

Hello, Yesterday I bought the headsets and very often they just stop producing sound for like 1 2 seconds while for instance youtube video keeps on going. I fully charged them before I started using them and I can't seem to find where the problem comes from, also it occurs while I'm standing next to the laptop or the phone doesn't matter which one.
