GeForce Drive Update to 419.35
So currently my less then week old Blade RTX 2080 came out of the box with GeForce drivers 417.59 yet I am seeing GeForce experience telling me I should upgrade my drivers to 419.35?
What are people thoughts here - do you guys update as new release come out or let them get better with time and age? Thoughts? Update the drivers or let them ride?

I always upgrade to the newest as soon as it comes out, it'll help you get the best performance on new games. If you only play games that are a couple years old and aren't having problems you don't need to update it as often though if you don't want to.

I always have Geforce experience auto download the updates, and update my graphic drivers once they are out. It helps, especially with newer games.

If you currently do not experience any issues particularly fps drops in games, I recommend letting the driver age for a bit and read user feedback before updating just to be on the safe side.

Razer.CazielI agree with this statement. Driver update comes with a risk, but not a risk to not do it. The only driver update I did was to update against the Nvidia hardware vulnerability. Check the website which driver is covering this one. Else I do as Caziel says, I let it age and read reviews of the stability of the driver that was pushed out.

Tried yesterday and it lowered my graphics performance on 3Dmark so uninstalled it and used again 417. I’m a simple man see lower FPS i don’t need it:smile_:
