Not Long Enough Product Key

I have ordered a pair of Razer Nari Headset from Amazon and I wanted to link it with my synapse 3. The problem was that the product key is 16 digits long but the product key on my Nari headset box is 13. Does anybody have a solution to this, That will be really appreciated.

    As far as I'm aware (according to my sources), you don't have to put in a product key in order to have the Nari work with Synapse 3. As long as it is plugged in, it should work. Exactly where is it asking for a product key?

    By link do you mean register? If so, you'll need to enter the serial number of the device instead of the product number.
