PC no boot with razer mouse

Hello, I have new computer for some weeks before buy better. Its a dell Optiplex 7010. The pc dont want to boot if my Razer Lancehead TE is pluged. For start my pc I need to unplug and plug when windows 7 is open. All drivers is ok, I have no idea... Thanks !
