Multiple Razer Nari Ultimate Issues

So, I have the Nari Ultimate Headphones and am constantly having issues with Synapse, Discord and Rainbox Six Siege. all versions are the latest. Here is what I have done and the outcome. Uninstalled Synapse 2. Installed Synapse 3 Registered components. Restart etc. When I load my PC Discord loads (in Admin mode) output and input are set to default (Even in Sounds) Mic is being picked up. Load siege Discord drops out. I've also had when sound is about to come on in siege, the game crashes. Uninstalled siege, reinstall - same issue. Uninstall Synapse 3 and re install 2 (no support for Nari ultimate) all things work again but mic sensitivity is so low. Overall volume of Nari is also low. Please help (Razer Help desk hasn't been very helpful)
