but what has happened to the assistance since last year that my presence is very valid and they always helped me promptly before it arrived and proceeded and then that the block had never arrived..confirmly I tried to try thesis, including the signature their warehouse manager ... that Shame makes my sign... there is a lawyer who deals with these things or I have to use mine naturally I also opened the case through the fedex courier to whom I sent all the required documentation

Not sure if you are talking about an order shipment which has not been delivered on time or misplaced. You can always get in touch with the official Razer support team at https://support.razer.com/contact-support/?c=us and get the exact resolution for your query.
