Razer Chroma Studio Not Working

Hi, I recently got a Razer Ornata Chroma for Christmas and loved the keyboard, especially its Chroma feature. Unfortunately, when Razer released a new update for Synapse 3 (Or it might have been my windows update), my keyboard went back to the default effect, I went back to the Chroma Studio and for some reason all the keys on the studio were black, and I was unable to edit anything, they just stayed black.PLEASE HELP!

Were you able to try to isolate the issue by creating another profile on the chroma studio? Can you send me the serial number of your Razer Ornata Chroma so we can check the status of your keyboard? Let's start from there.

I managed to resolve the issue by uninstalling Synapse 3 and repairing it, though I did try using other profiles and account and none of them worked.
