Can't get Razer Basilisk hooked up on new windows 11 pc

I've tried reinstalling razer a few times, have both dock and mouse wired to computer. Have tried downloading the mouse drivers on it's own. No matter what I do I can not get this computer to see the mouse. Really frustrating which I think is by design to get me to get a newer mouse that automatically recognizes windows 11 maybe. Anyone had this?

    Try this way to do a full clean re-install:
    • Uninstall Synapse
    • Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
    • Then restart your PC
    • After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

    Your lucky it was only your mouse. I’ve lost my complete laptop. Razor refuses to boot up.
