Can't hear surround sound on Razer Nari headset

Hi and happy new year to all! So here's my problem I just recieved the Nari Headset and as the title says I can't hear surround sound. I got razor synapse 3, made the Nari my default device as instructed in the support page, restarted my computer a couple of times but nothing seems to fix it (I curiously have the Nari appearing 2 times in the options in my windows sound menu. One lists Nari as a headset while the other lists it as just headphones. I did try making them both default but it still doesn't work). The calibration doesn't work for me, the helicopter has the same audio and audio location regardless of which of the 7 points it comes from. Any idea?
