Ctrl key on Razer Cynosa not working

So I configure a macro on my left Ctrl key but I wanted to remove it and after I removed it, my control key didn't work so now I'm unable to do ctrl-c, ctrl-v, ctrl-a and others like that but I can with the right ctrl

Hello. Have you tried to use another account to sign in to Synapse or plugging it into another PC to see if the same issue persists?
